Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Allow your awareness to move into your breath.

Breathe in.
Notice any sensation, the movement and stillness of your inner-body as you take in breath.
Continue to observe the experience in your body as you exhale.

The only difference between this practice and the way we usually go through our days, breathing, is awareness.  Presence. This is a simple practice in Being.

Without the burden of self-consciousness or distraction of "to do" lists, breathing, conscious of your body, even just for a minutes helps ground you in an authentic experience of Who You Are.  It's an immediate pathway to a greater sense of calm.

Practices like Body-Aware Breathing are simple.  Easy too, when we remember to practice.

You can discover other body~soul practices with me at SoulTime classes where we meditate, breathe, move, draw, pray…Opening, deepening to the innate wisdom that lives within.
